Can a formula be set up to round to the nearest nickel?

I am taking a specific cell, mulitiplying by 10% adding together, and the
outcome I want to be rounded to the nearest nickel.

=CEILING(A3*$B$1,0.05) Displays .85
or
=FLOOR(A3*$B$1,0.05) Displays .80

where your cell A3 = .75
and Cell B1 = 1.10 and actual result is .825
