Yes.

In OneNote 2007, click the Insert menu, then picture, from scanner or camera.

(a) Do you want to scan a paper document into OneNote right away?
That's pretty easy.

OR:
(b) Do you want to import a document which has been scanned already
(using some other Scan-Software) and exists as a file already?
