We have a visually impaired staff member who cannot use a mouse to access
commands. She must use keyboard shortcuts to move around Outlook. We have
defined a custom view using a table format for public folder calendars to
enable the software that reads the screen to interpret public calendars
successfully. However, whenever this person accesses a calendar in our
public folder system (of which there are many), we would like them to be able
to use a keyboard shortcut to switch to this custom view easily. Any
suggestions on how to achieve this?
