Insert the picture onto the slide and then create your text box or Word Art
text. Drag the text or Word Art box over the picture and drop it. You may
have to format the box to get rid of the line and ensure that it is
transparent background (no background.) If the box disappears when you
place it right click on the picture and then left click on Order and either
Send to Back or Send backward to make the picture go backward in the stack
of information on the screen.
