Can a project be sub-project of 2 different master projects?

Hi, there, for reporting purpose, I have to link several projects as
sub-project to 2 or 3 different master project, can I do it? Is it any
restriction for doing so?
When I publish one of master project which includes project A in
sub-project, will it have any influence to other master projec including same
sub-projectt?
I may need 3 layer structure: Master project _ Sub-project under master
project _ Sub-sub-project under Sub-project, will it have any risk?

- Note: the "Read only" and "Link to Project" will be valided when I link
sub-project.

A sub-project can be insert in only one master project.But you can build a 3
layer structure.
