Can a visio drawing be exported as a word document

I have done a database design document(drawing) with relations and comments
for each table and fields. I wanted to export or convert this into a word
document.
This word document must have the table names, its fields and comments
something like in a table format. Can anybody help me with this please?
I have the Visio 2003 version.

where some of the fields may be available using the visio report function,
others are not (specifically comments).
