Does access 2000 database accessible by more than one computer at the same
time. I am trying to set up a serial number database where multiple
computers will be used to enter serial numbers. If I place the database on
an intranet, can different users enter data from different computers at the
same time?

If you place it on your server, yes you can access it at the same time.

Common mistakes that have happened to me, don't let the user copy the
entire database to their computer.

They will use it and not update the main database, only copy the shortcut
from the server.
