Can Access 2000 do this?

I'm hoping someone can help.

I want to create a web directory.

I am used to working with FrontPage 2000 and Access 2000.

Before I start I would just like to clarify a few points;

1) When you visit a search engine or directory the results
are always listed something like this;

Result Pages: [ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 ] >>

Question: Can Access 2000 return results like this?


3) What is the maximum Access 2000 can take on concurrent hits?

2) My host says I can upgrade to Microsoft SQL

Question: Will I have to change my Tables or anything around?
And will I have to have any specialised knowledge?
