Can Access add and update items to Outlook?

I am new to hole building database thing, so please forgive me if this is a
dumb question. But is there a simple way to get Access to add a data to an
Outlook Calendar? I know a something about forms, data design, macro
writing, but am not skilled at all with code. So I am looking for a non
code way to go.
