Can an individual record in access be sent directly via emal

I have a database that I may want to send records directly from in
email.

About 15 fields:

Format in email cane be:

Fieldname: Data

Simple

OR........

is there a simple way I can add a command button to copy
ALL the data field to clipboard so I can paste them into the email
myself.

You should be able to send it directly from access as
xls, txt, and html.

docmd.sendobject. If you have question, lookup
sendobject in the help menu.
