Can an resource have different assignment manager in different pro

Hi, I have a resource shared by different projects. He is not able to update
progress by himself. Can he have different assignment manager si that could
update tasks progress on his behalf in different projects?

Sure. In each project, ask the PM to navigate to the Resource Usage view
and then to insert the Assignment Owner field temporarily. The PM can then
select him/herself as the Assignment Owner for this resource's tasks in that
project. Then the PM should save and publish, and will see the resource's
tasks on the PM's own My Tasks page. Hope this helps.
