hello all.
I am hoping that someone in this vast pool of Excel knowledge might be able
to help me with this problem.

10/03/06 10/03/06 71 M1F ANC-ONT 0035 0525 .T.....
is just a small part of a very, very long list on my company's website. I
take this list and
convert it to a mobileDB file for use on palm pilot PDA's.
This list is over a hundred pages long and each page starts with the header
you see above in Red.
After copying the entire list from the website, I usually pasted it into
excel, and then have to MANUALLY
scroll thru this massive list to remove the header, and collapse the list.
It is a royal pain in the butt.
After that is done, I use the text to columns command, save it as a CSV
file, and export it to MobileDB-PC
Here's my question. Is there anyway to automate the process of finding
these headers, deleting them, and collapsing
the list so that it is one continuous result without any of these headers
remaining??
thanks for any help you can offer
Glen
