Can anyone recommend any third party tools for users to manage their Mailbox size?

Hi,

My manager is looking for a third party piece of software, which will
allow users to specifically manage and monitor their mailbox sizes.
Users should get a breakdown (down to the individual email level), of
what is taking up space, and have options to do something about it
(archive \ delete etc.). Does anyone know of anything like this for
users (as opposed to the Exchange administrator)?

You can check the size of your mailbox and the size of folders in the
properties of Outlook Today. You can also change your view of emails to
include the size of each email. You can arrange your mail by size,
attachment, name, whatever order you choose. I don't know that you need a 3rd
party software to do what Outlook can do natively?
