I'm MCDST.
The issue is, I have a Client, who would like to be sure that her Calendar
items can be seen by her colleages. But the size of her current Calendar is
too large, so I supposed her to archive it. Customer is using Exchange
environment, Outlook 2003.

My question is, whether an archived Calendar can be seen by other people
also or not? If can, we have to share it (by giving access to persons one by
one), or it can be automatic (as in the case of "normal" calendar)?

No. Archiving moves things to a pst and psts can't be seen by others.

How large is her calendar and do you need to share every thing in her
calendar or just the current stuff?

Hello Diane,

OK. Yesterday it was about 28MB, and I asked Client to archive her old
entries as probably nobody is interested in old appointments.

I really appreciate your help, many thanks.
