can auto complete inputing contacts from an Excel table

Hi There,
I was told to find some ways automatically complete to import contacts from
an Excel table. We usually update contact on this table. Does someone/master
know the methods or how to code a Macro. Or we just put this table on a
public folder and to syschronize automatically.
