Can black, can't back

W. E. Brown

Hi,

Using ppt2003 to display a (large) presentation created initially via
ppt2000, I use the keyboard shortcut 'b' to black the screen. This
works fine.

When I use 'b' a second time to restore the screen, there is a problem:
I see only the main text of the slide, but no header, and nothing
from the slide master. The original slide design was Neon Frame, in
case it matters.

This will be a serious problem if I can't make it work. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Basic video stuff:

Make sure you have the most current video driver for your graphics card
(check manufacturers website)
Make sure DitrectX is current
Make sure Windows is up to date
Make sure Office is up to date.

If the problem persists, try fiddling with your graphics acceleration
settings.
