We have a Small Business 2003 network using Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook
2003. We are not able to share Categories or Master Categories. If User A
creates a category, it can not be seen by the other users and vice versa.
They can be seen only if User A creates a category and assigns a contact to
the category and other users open the contact. The category can be seen, but
only associated with the Contact.
Is there a way for this to be shared with all users on this network that use
Outlook?
