Can change history be tracked when you chechout/checkin a project

Does Project Server 2003 allow you to track changes made through the
checkout/checkin process? If so, is there a way for the project manager to
approve those changes?

No, sorry. Project Server does not provide an audit trail of changes made
to the Microsoft Project plan. Hope this helps.
