This funtionality is not part of Office but of Windows.
Go to Start/Control Panel. then double-click Keyboard.
This will bring up the 'Keyboard properties' dialog where you can set the
'Repeat delay'. You can also set the Repeat reate and the cursor blink rate.
You can even test both the delay and the repeat rate in the box in the
middle of the dialog.
