Can colors be permanently applied to ALL emails sent to an account

I have 5 separate accounts inside my Outlook, and I'm wondering if it's
possible to associte a single different color to each account such that EVERY
email arriving in a given account's Inbox will always be the same color as
opposed to only emails coming from previously known senders (example: ANY
email from ANY sender, known or unknown, to one account will always get
tagged as purple, while the same situation will always get a green tag in a
different account). Is this possible?
