Can create rersource account via published file

I am connected to the Project Server, I created a project plan, when I went
to publish the plan and none of the resources were added to the server. The
Spooler gave me an error that said, “The manager cannot create the resource
account.†I have full access to the server, and ideas why this is happening?

You have added local resources to the project rather than using the
enterprise resources found in the Enterprise Resource Pool. If you really
wanted to use local resources in the project, you an eliminate the Spooler
error by double-clicking each resource's name in the Resource Sheet view and
setting the Workgroup setting to None. Hope this helps.

Have you actually added the resources to the Enterprise Resource Pool? If
not, do the following:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server with
administrator permissions
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Resource Pool
3. Click the Open/Add button
4. Add the resources for your organization
5. Save and close the Enterprise Resource Pool

If you have already added the resources to the Enterprise Resource Pool,
then you need to add them as team members of the project by opening the
project and clicking Tools - Build Team from Enterprise. Hope this helps.
