Can Entourage automatically sync Inbox mail folder first?

Hello

My boss travels extensively and uses OWA through Entourage 2008 and Exchange 2003 to get his email. He has tons of it and dozens of mailbox folders on his Mac. He needs to have Entourage update his Inbox first when he connects so he can immediately get the most recent emails loaded on his system. As it is, Entourage seems to sync his local copy of the Inbox on his Mac after it syncs all the other folders with Exchange 2003. How can he make Entourage sync with Exchange and update his Inbox folder before updating/syncing all the other folders?

Thanks!

You can't control the order of synchronization but the Inbox will
synchronize more frequently than other folders. Keep it as lean as
possible with no sub-folders.

I suggest that as soon as Entourage begins to sync your boss type
Command - . (Cancel) to stop the sync. Then he can right-click or
Control-click his Inbox and select Synchronize Now.

Hope this helps

I am having this exact issue but this solution does not fix the issue. His
email folders are underneath his exchange inbox. Stopping the send receive
is helpful, but choosing synchronize now starts the painful process of
syncing the subfolders first instead of listing the new items. Is there
anything else that can be done? Is there applescript commands for
controlling this transaction?
