Can Excel support active clip-art?

Hi. I'm hoping to use Excel 2002 as a spreadsheet to calculate a formula
(nothing unusual there I know) but I would like to jazz it up a bit with some
all-singing-all-dancing clip art such as Flash movies or something. Wondering
if Excel does that or do I need a web page with a link to the spreadsheet?
