Can External Data(MsAccess) fill List Box?

Is this possible to create and can some one point me in the right direction to get started?

Hi Matt
one idea:
- import your MS Access data with 'Data - Import external data -
Import' on a separate sheet (can be hidden later on)
- Create a defined name for this data source
- use data validation (in combination with the defined name) to create
a listbox
