Can a person handwrite entries into a form that is a document that was
composed in the Microsoft Word word processing package using OneNote on a
Tablet PC?

I suppose so, if you insert the Word document as a background picture in
OneNote you could then write on top of it.

That is exactly the premise behind our OneNote Toolkits. Forms that you use
and are created in MS Word are transformed into TIF files using Microsoft
Office Document Imaging. These forms then are used as inputs into OneNote
where you can take advantage of all the OneNote features.

You can get a pretty good sense of how this works by downloading our free
OneNote Toolkit Sampler from our website at www.abletfactory.com in the Free
Downloads section. The Sampler includes templates from our EMR, Nurses,
Teachers, Legal, Insurance, RealEstate, Transportation and Pharma Toolkits.

Hope this helps,

Fritz
