Can hours be tied to a task update after the update is accepted

Hello,

I am working on a query to pull timesheet updates from MSP_WEB_TRANSACTIONS.
I can get the project and task information from MSP_WEB_ASSIGNMENTS, however
I can't figure out how to associate the number of hours with a particular
transaction.

Is this possible? I'm thinking no - MSP_WEB_WORK will let me know hours that
have not been accepted by the project manager, but once accepted can they be
linked to anything?
