can i ad my own pictures to page borders?

I would like to use wedding bells for a page border. Where do i add the jpeg
or gif in order to do this?

Unfortunately, Word doesn't allow you to create custom border art. If you
have Publisher, you can do this quite easily. Otherwise, you'll have to
create your border manually; find instructions at
