Can I add a calendar to SharePoint that multiple users can update?

I am trying to add a calendar that will be stored on SharePoint that multiple
users can edit and receive reminders via Outlook. I have only been able to
find info on creating a calendar that must be re-saved after every change.
Can anyone help?
