Can I add a default Subject to my signature file?

I am using Outlook 2003

When you reply to a message Outlook by default ads a RE: to the subject.
What I would like to do is have it be a default text, Like "thank you for
searching our website". How would I go about doing this and could I add it
to my signature file?
