Can I add academic journals to my research services?

I'm a grad student. I have to do research in various scholarly journals.
Many of which are found online. My school provides access to these journals.
Is there any way I could add these journals to my OneNote "research services"?

This process should be easy. Not all PhD students are programmers and this
method requires you to download the google API then write your own .NET
script and so on. This is not general knowledge that all have. Why is this
process so difficult? Maybe in OneNote 2007 a macro or something could be
included that will allow a student to access the academic journals available
to them via the school.
