Can I add an art border to a table in word?

In Word 2003, you can add an art style border to the page, but I want an art
style border on a small paragraph. I'm willing to create a table, frame, text
box or anything that I can put text in and add an art border to it. I've seen
it on paper, but I need to do it myself. Can anyone help?

Publisher can add border art to text boxes; Word can't. In Word border art
is available only for page borders.
