can I add PDF files to a power point presentation?

I have several PDF. files I saved from various educational websites and would
like to add these to a power point presentation. How do I add these to the
presentation? I tried using the insert function as picture, however it asked
if I wanted to convert the file, but the PDF file conversion wasn't there.
I'd appreciate any information, even if it says "no can do". Thanks.
