Can I add spreadsheets and *.pdf files to pages in OneNote?

As above - Are there any software suites which provide multi functionality
i.e. Word Processing, Spreadsheet & the ability to import other file types

Are you looking for an office suite (other than Microsoft Office) that has
support for OneNote? Or just a way to insert non-MS-Office files into
OneNote?

Assuming the latter, you can use this third party utility which uses a
special print driver to "print" any document into OneNote. Since the
document is inserted as an image, you won't be able to modify nor search its
contents once inserted into OneNote.
