Can I add stationery to Outlook 2007?

In the Tools/Options/Mail Format/Stationery and Fonts/Theme... section I can
choose stationery or a theme to include on my email messages.

In the old Outlook versions I could add more stationery. Can I add more
stationery to the Outlook 2007 version? I have looked everywhere but can't
find anywhere where I can access more stationery or themes (like you can do
in PowerPoint)
