Can I allow delegates to set my Out of office?

Users often forget to turn on their out of office - or phone in sick. Is it
possible for a delegate (or some other way) to allow someone else to turn on
their out of office assistant?

not through simple delegation... you will have to have full access to the
mailbox itself, wich means you will have to open the mailbox as the user
itself to be able to set the out of office for that user.
The exchange administrator can give you full access to the mailbox and you
will have to create an outlook profile using that user's mailbox. If you open
outlook using the user's mailbox, you can set the out of office for him...
We only use this in very very rare occasions at our company here since it
represents a huge privacy issue...
