Is there a way to automagically make a selected Category(s) show up in the
Subject line of a Task or Event?
I'd like to know how to configure Outlook so if I create, say, a Task on the
subject "Bring photographs to meeting", the Category I've chosen, say,
"[Smith, John MVA 2/3/2004]" would show up in the subject, perhaps as:
[Smith, John MVA 2/3/2004] Bring photographs to meeting
such that when a Reminder Window pops up, or if I see it on the Tasks or
Calendar section of Outlook Today, I'd immediately know what case to which
the item is related.
Thanks!
