Can I Autosum fields using a .oft form/template?

My company has created an email form/template for people to use for status
reports. People enter numbers in some of the boxes used in the form. Is it
possible to Autosum boxes using a form?

Yes, but since .oft forms don't run code, you'd have to do it all with formulas on custom fields' controls.
