Can I block mail from entire domains (e.g., *@something.net)

Lots of spam is addressed by "weird" domain names. Is there any way to block
- or filter to junk - all mail from any and all addresses within a domain?
That is, the "weirdo.com" filter would catch (e-mail address removed) as well as
(e-mail address removed)
