Can I change a BMP file format to a JPEG format?

Hello,

I have an image in BMP file format yet I want to change it to JPEG. Can
this be done and if so, can you help me?

With whatever you are using to edit your graphics, look for a "Save As"
option. Save the file and select your desired format.

Alternate Plan B is using a third party conversion program, such as Rea
Converter Pro, that will do this in a batch operation.

The real question is are you sure you want to do this? JPG files show full
tone range and subtle gradations, such as you see in a photograph, much
better than a BMP. BMP is suitable for simple graphics, such as a logo,
where subtle shading is not essential.

What is the eason you want to make this change?

Open Microsoft Office Picture Manager, select the picture, click File,
Export, pick jpg.
