Can I change page orientation in the middle of a document?

I'd like to have a landscape page in the middle of an otherwise all-portrait
document. Specifically, I'd like to insert a wide spreadsheet that is layed
out as 11x8.5. Can it be done?

Think so. Create a new section.
Watch out if you want to print to PDF though. google this group for
more gory details.

Hi Bijan,

Insert a "Section Break (Next page)" where you want the landscape page to
begin. Be sure you're tabbed into the new section and go to File> Page
Setup. Change the page orientation to landscape.

You can do the same thing from Format> Document. Be sure the Apply To box
is set to This Section before clicking Page Setup and making the change.

Yes. Take a look at

Can I have portrait and landscape pages in the same document?

in Word Help.

Also:

and, you can get more help searching the archives:

Try using "Excel insert" (without the quotes) as your search term.
