Can I change task reminder times?

Is there any way to have the task reminder time intervals
to be :15 minutes vs :30 minutes?

Currently I can have a reminder on the hour or the half
hour but would like to have the option of reminders
at :15 after the hour and :45 after the hour.

You can type any time value you want into the Time box on the task
form...you can even use shortcuts like "845a" for 8:45 AM and it will
resolve to the proper format when you switch to another field.
