Can I change the default save folder when I select File-Save?

When I select File-save or save-as in Outlook 2007, I'd like the default file
be a folder I specify instead of the Library section. Is there a way to
change the file location for a File Save or File Save As command?

No, but you can put the folder you prefer on the favorites area so its only
a click away.
