Can I change the way the ribbon displays

I've just installed Office 2007 and my UI looks nothing like the gleaming
full colour display that is on the website. Instead mine is black and white,
with huge and very ugly icons. If anything I would say that it looks like its
displaying in VGA or windows 3.1 rather than 1380 x 768 on my 24" flat panel
screen. Any idea how I can change it?

In the Windows control panel check the 'display' settings to be sure you're not in 256 color mode and also the 'Accessibility'
settings to see if 'high contrast' settings have been turned on.
