Can I convert a list of names and addresses in word into Outlook?

I have a list of names and addresses in WORD that I would like to put into my
Business Contact Manager - CONTACTS. Is it possible to do without inputting
each and everyone?

Provided you have the list set up as a comma (or tab) delimited file -
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm - then you can
import the file into Outlook from the Outlook File menu.
