can I convert a MS Office 2003 portuguese version into english?

I have a portuguese version of MS Office 2003 and would like to convert it
into an English version. Is it possible at all to do so with some upgrade
package? If so, where can I find it?

Unfortunately that feature for Office 2003 was only available in corporate multilanguage versions, not in any of the retail
products.
