Can I convert a Quark file?

Is it possible to easily convert a Quark newsletter file to a publisher file
/ template? I don't want to use quark any longer.

No, there is no conversion available. You might want to attempt a drag/drop
or copy/paste from Quark to Publisher, but I am not sure of the results.
