Can I convert a simple Excel address database to Access?

The office I am working with is using Excel to store their
customers' addresses and information. Often they use this
list to do mail merging for mass mailings.

My question is, would it be possible if I can convert this
list into Access database?

absolutely, just cut and paste to the access sheet as if
you were pasting to a second worsheet.

You can link the Excel file from Access, this prevents two copies of the
data having to be maintained if you are keeping the Excel data.
