We have a template for our letterhead which prints our vision statement on
the left and our contact information in the footer. The vision statement is
a textbox linked to the header (which is blank) which allows it to hold its
verticle position. Margins are 1.8†left and 1†right. Layout is set to
Center. The template has today's date at the top.
If, however, you happen to write a 2-page letter, the second page should be
completely blank (no vision statement, no contact footer), with 1†margins on
the left and right, and layout set to top.
The current template is basically a 1-page template with the vision
statement and contact footer. I know how to manually make the adjustments if
I overflow into a second page, but is there a way to incorporate those
settings into the template so it’s automated?
In other words, I want to be able to create a new letter, based on our
letterhead template, that if I happen to go into a second page it will
automatically format with no footer and no vision statement, etc.
Possible?
