Can I Customize the Contacts in Outlook 2002

Hello All,

I am using Outlook 2002 and would like to use the
Contacts for replacement to something like ACT. I just
want to customize the contac page to includes customer
rate, driving directions, etc. Nothing to fancy.

Can the default Contact page be customized like this and
if so how?
