Can I delete Outlook 2002 from one of three profiles on PC??

I have three family members on XP Pro; We Use Outlook 2002 along with Office
XP on our PC. Two of the profiles the Outlook email is Perfect no problems.
But one of the other family members's Outlook is totally screwed up and will
not even open. Would I go to explorer/tools/folder options/view and click to
view all files, then go into documents and setings under this persons name
and find application data/microsoft/outllook then delete that whole folder
?????????

Then what?? do I do to start up a new Outlook email account for her. ??
